Join us for a high energy yet grounding experience that will blend traditional yoga poses with storytelling, imagination and mindfulness. 

The class is non-competitive, for all physical ability levels and will blend strength, flexibility and emotional regulation, allowing the students to get their energy out while learning calming and grounding tools and practices. 

**Best suited for ages 5-10.

**Please register each child individually.
