What's a Strategic Outlook Plan?

Beginning in 2023, the Cape May County Library System endeavored to develop our first ever Strategic Plan. The goal was to assess how our current services are meeting the needs of our community and develop a 5-year plan to continue making strides in areas of strength, while bridging the gap in areas that need improvement. Through months of surveys, interviews, workshops, and partner meetings, we developed our new Library Strategic Plan which will act as our organization’s guiding document through 2028.
