Recipes from America's Westward Expansion

Carolyn Vinci maintains dual residences at the Jersey Shore and in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she is a culinary instructor with a focus on fresh seasonal ingredients and seafood. She penned a food column for a Gannett newspaper for 14 years, judged cooking contests and attended food trade shows in New York City to amass a sizeable inventory of recipes and cooking trends. She brings an easy approachable style to the kitchen and offers tips and techniques that will make cooking fun.
