The corn-based PLA filament used with the 3D extrusion printers is available in an array of colors. Bring your own 3D digital creation or browse online portals with pre-made projects available free of charge. Creators can use the Ultimaker and Makerbot for projects ranging from practical objects to toys and gifts.

The Art PC is equipped with the full Adobe Creative Suite. Select audio, video, graphics, pc diagnostic, and editing software is also available. Wall mounted 52” touch screen or Wacom digital touch monitor with stylus and high-resolution scanning round out the Art PC Offerings. Printing from these PCs at standard rate.

The Cricut Maker is a cutting tool for creating cards, décor, decals and more with hundreds of fonts, graphics, and projects, to choose from. The Cricut can cut paper, as well as vinyl and material. Design Space software can get you on your way. Patrons bring their own materials.

The recording space has options for high quality audio and video recording. Practice using software editing, script your next podcast, or record a virtual audition with OBX, Audacity, and other software options. Use the Sony A6000 SLR camera to takes fantastic still images and video. Use the light box for professional object shots.

The Laser Cutter by Glowforge can engrave, score, and cut a variety of materials including wood, metal, acrylic, cardboard, leather and more. Bring your own design or come in to see what projects are available. Get your project started by reviewing approved materials and policies with our staff.

We have two Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 sewing machines for public use. They offer an LED screen with an array of stitch styles and sizes, and several fonts. Patrons should bring their own project, thread and material. We provide basic sewing notions such as scissors, bobbins, pins, and marking pencils.

We have a variety of learning tools including dominos, marble maze, Keva planks, and Code-N-Go robots. Make an appointment to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics with our staff of creative minds. Spend time coding basic robots, building, drawing, and manipulating basic machines. Children and adults are welcome.
