Join Cape May Bird Observatory’s Program Coordinator, Adehl Schwaderer, to learn about the relationship between horseshoe crabs and migratory shorebirds on the Delaware Bayshore. If you are interested in learning more about the biology of the prehistoric horseshoe crabs or the identities of various “beach birds”, this is the presentation for you! We’ll cover the life cycle of horseshoe crabs, why their eggs are so important, and what birds rely on them to complete their spring migration.
