An informative presentation on the hobby of collecting comic books. Topics will include:

Balancing personal taste and passion with investing
Evaluating condition
Navigating market trends and cycles
Sourcing comics to collect

Tips on building a quality comic book collection and avoiding many common collector mistakes and pitfalls. Some real world anecdotes and stories of decades of purchasing millions of comic books.

Ben Lichtenstein has been buying and selling comic books for over 40 years. He is the owner of Zapp! Comics, one of  New Jersey's longest running and highest grossing comic specialty shops.  Through Ben's long history in the hobby, he has amassed deep insight into what makes the vintage comic market tick.
