Lemony Asparagus Pasta Salad  Zesty, fresh and filling : An unexpected spring sensation!

Jessica Kirk - Born and raised in Cape May County Jess has always had a love of Farm Fresh food, growing things & creating community. First learning at the feet of family and friends dancing and cooking the kitchen was the heart of the home. Then onto a more formal education, from 1995 to 2000 she attended culinary arts under Chef Masterson at the Cape May County Technical High School. Working at Green Street Market, she was further educated and exposed to many vegan/vegetarian practices as well as alternative options for preparing meals. In recent years, she has enjoyed re-entering the culinary field with classes here at CMC Library. Her greatest joy is feeding people simple foods made well, fostering connection with the community & sharing the knowledge she's acquired over her lifetime.
