Presenter, Jessie McCarty, is an occupational therapist for Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.
Jessie received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2015. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist for 10 years in various settings including inpatient adult rehab, long term care, and geriatric house calls. Currently, she is working for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey implementing the Older Adult Home Modification Program, a program made possible through a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to promote safe aging-in-place and reduce fall risk for seniors through home modifications and accessibility upgrades.
