Affirmations are short, powerful statements we can use to combat stress and anxiety. First, we will watch a short presentation about what affirmations are and how they work. Then, we will learn how to write our own affirmations for empowerment, plus, how to practice doing them in fun and easy ways.
Alison Maxfield, LCSW, is a fun, engaging, seasoned Social Worker with over 16 yrs experience in the counseling field. She loves promoting connecting the community through wellness activities.
