Volunteer Policy
The volunteer program is on hiatus until further notice.
Eligibility
Volunteering is available to teens aged 12-17, no exceptions.
Teens must fill out an application in its entirety and submit it to the Teen Department via email or in-person.
Stronger applicants will have experience with leadership and/or volunteering, and will have at least one strong non-family reference letter with their application.
Responsibilities
Shelving books and shelf-reading.
Decorating the library.
Assisting with the preparation and implementation of library programs.
Other library tasks, as assigned by library staff.
