Hope One Mobile Outreach is a community-based initiative serving Cape May County by bringing life-saving support directly to those who need it most. The program provides free Naloxone (Narcan) training and distribution, connects individuals and families to Substance Use Disorder treatment, recovery, and support resources, and shares up-to-date information on local drug trends to promote awareness and prevention.
