All levels of yoga are welcome. This class explores the union of breath (prana) and the body (Asana), and how powerful our practice can be when the two flow in sync with one another. We'll incorporate static and dynamic postures, and learn to honor where our bodies are in the present moment, and eventually let our practice move into our daily life; taking yoga off the mat.

Kathryn has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, having taken her first class through a free program offered by the library system. She is a w00 hour certified yoga teacher; studied Hatha, Vinyasa and Aerial yoga in that time. The driving force in her practice and teaching is to honor the breath and allow it to lead the body.
