A practical, 90-minute presentation designed to help participants understand how stress affects the body and nervous system—and how to reset in real time. Attendees will learn simple, science-based techniques they can use in everyday situations to reduce stress, improve focus, and feel calmer and more balanced. This is not a meditation practice - it can be used while waiting in line at the store.

Cathy Cashmere is a certified HeartMath® Resilience Advantage coach and has been teaching dance and fitness classes throughout Cape May County for 15 years. She brings a relatable, community-focused approach to stress management, combining practical tools with real-life application.
