In this class participants will make homemade vanilla extract from Madagascar vanilla beans. Please note vanilla takes at least 3-6 months to fully develop.

Participants must be 21 years or older as you will be using a sharp knife. All other materials provided!

Colleen Rossi is a 5th grade teacher with over 35 years of experience in education. In addiction to teaching, she is certified in counseling, theology & ministry and as an experienced yoga teacher (E-YRT). She has visited over 50 National Parks, is an avid hiker, and has years of experience as an ambassador with The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee.
