The holidays are fast approaching, and our thoughts turn to planning family dinners. Will you go casual with paper plates and plastic flatware, or something more formal? More than a century ago, the Victorians set elaborate tables. There were sterling silver and crystal serving dishes, fine crystal stemware, and sterling silverware for each food and beverage served. Today's lecture brings us back to a time gone by, setting a regal table fit for Queen Victoria!
