Sometimes tension and seasonal allergies can really get the best of us, creating unpleasant situations like headaches and sinus pressure. Luckily, essential oils can provide wonderful support and relief that can minimize these discomforts quickly. At this make and take workshop, we will be using a blend of essential oils that is targeted for relief and mixing them in a roller bottle, which is perfect for portability and travel!

Donna Tomlin has been interested in holistic and natural remedies for the last couple of decades, with the last several years serving as the perfect time to really dive into the natural world. She loves spending time out in nature, discovering new remedies from essential oils, and trying new recipes. Donna is excited to bring her love for essential oils and natural remedies into the classroom setting and will discuss how to use essential oils safely and effectively, as well as how to add them into your daily routine. She is excited to share the benefits of oils and natural living!
